This wood match-up creates a crisp texture to the overall sound of the instrument. The Hohner HC09TE-BK is considered a thin bodied classical guitar due to the shollow body that allows smaller framed individuals reach around the guitar easily, and is used in schools worldwide to teach the traditional style of playing guitar. The HC09TE-BK is equiped with an electric preamp for amplification at performances. This instrument also comes equipped with light gauge nylon strings for easier fingering as to not discourage the first time player. The HC09TE-BK has a Black Finish. Hohner has a long tradition of supporting music education.
