This Epiphone Worn G-400 Electric Guitar looks like it truly is straight out of 1962, with a gently worn finish. The satiny Worn Cherry or Worn Brown body gives the look and feel of a prized vintage high-fret access instrument, in an all-new package. All Mahogany, carved construction with a set, Mahogany neck with Rosewood fingerboard and a true vintage tone thanks to high-output Alnico Classic Humbuckers, each with its own volume and tone controls. Our new LockTone locking Tune-o-matic and Stopbar hardware amp up the sustain and tone even more.

Now you can have an SG that looks vintage but without the vintage price. This G-400 features a 'Faded' satin finish and 'aged' fretboard and headstock inlays. Unlike cheaper designs, all Epiphones feature a 14-degree headstock that gives you more pressure at the nut and so you get more sustain with less tuning hang-ups caused by "string-tree" gadgets. Double-Waxed Pickups
Epiphone utilizes a double vacuum waxing process that ensures optimum performance. The pickup is first placed in the specialized wax vacuuming system before the cover is put in place to ensure that the wax fully penetrates to the very center of the pickup and solidifies all parts. After the cover is placed on, it is again given a second vacuum wax bath until the unit is completely saturated with wax. Output Jack
